Prosecutor Brian Davidson exploits a vlunerable Latina, lies to jury to convict Themba Kelley
DDA Brian Scott Davidson blatantly disregarded the order from the court and KNOWINGLY LIED to the jury suggesting that Olivia Ordenes was Themba Kelley's next sexual victim. Davidson also KNOWINGLY LIED to the jury by saying Ordenes took a gun out the room. Davidson put Ordenes and Parris on the stand KNOWING the police investigation had already proved (on the day of the arrest) that there was no gun and not one shred of evidence to suggest a gun ever existed.
