Pro Se Defendant Themba Hasaan Kelley and Legal Advisor Westbook Johnson present oral arguments for prosecutorial misconduct at public hearings before Hon. Judge Tom Ryan in courtroom 11 D, Multnomah County Courthouse on November 28, 29 and 30, 2022. The purpose of the 79 LIES Campaign is to expose the atrocity to the public, attain vindication for Themba, establish a pre-trial precedent for prosecutorial misconduct, and most importantly; empower Black defendants, families and all concerned citizens of Oregon that they too can successfully over-come State-sanctioned racism.
